EXCHANGES / RETURNS

Unused merchandise purchased through the ThePureBag website can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt.  Note: ThePureBag has the right to refuse returns that are no longer able to be sold due to use or damage.  For the safety of all due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns for our Pure Masks.

Instructions for returns & exchanges:

  1. Email us at info@thepurebag.com with the following information:
    1. Order number
    2. Reason for the exchange/return
    3. Indicate exchange or refund

Please include the above information and mail your return to:  Customer Returns, PO Box 232, Doylestown, PA  18901.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. 

Exchanges are shipped or payment will be refunded within 10 business days of date of return receipt.

Trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended for your return.
